Young People Services

Supporting young people towards independence in Hackney

We have a dedicated team of friendly and experienced support professionals who work with young people at risk living in Hackney. The aim of the service is to deliver high-quality housing-related support services to enable vulnerable young people and young parents to exercise choice, retain independence and reduce social exclusion.

We help young people who:

  • may have a chaotic lifestyle or complex needs

  • may have been serially excluded from other services

  • may be at risk of homelessness or losing independence

  • may also have substance misuse issues and a history of offending.

We provide short-term shared accommodation and a range of support, including:

  • Access to education and training

  • Life skills development

  • Advice and guidance

  • Befriending support

  • Tenancy maintenance

  • Move-on resettlement

  • Post-resettlement support.
