Individual Support Packages

Who we support?

We support people with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and mental health issues via direct payments:

  • You can buy your support from us if you receive a Direct Payment or Individual Budget from your local authority

  • You can also buy support if you are a self-funder. A self-funder is someone who would like care and support but does not need, or is not eligible for, local authority funding.

Outward can advise you further on accessing direct payments and on how to manage payments to get the best outcomes for you. Visit our brokerage and advice section
