Job Title: Technology Analyst
Salary: £28,800.00 pa.
Contract: 12 months FTC
Location: Tottenham Hale, London, N17

As we embark on an ambitious digital transformation journey, we’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Technology Analyst to join our team.
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who enjoys working with systems and data to make things better? Do you want to use your IT and digital skills to improve how care and support is delivered? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied role—working across digital systems implementation, first-line IT support, and data analysis.
You’ll be involved in supporting and embedding critical systems across Outward’s services, including our Sona Time-Attendance platform, our upcoming Care Planning system, and the organisation-wide migration to Microsoft 365. You’ll also assist in responding to staff queries, delivering guidance/ training, helping with data migration, and creating simple but effective tools and resources to support digital confidence across our teams.

Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital systems across the organisation
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support
- Maintain system data integrity through reporting, cleansing, and migration tasks
- Liaise with operational teams and SaaS providers to resolve digital queries
- Produce user guides, training materials, and self-help resources for staff
- Use Excel and Microsoft tools to analyse data and create reports
What we’re Looking For
- A strong foundation in IT and digital systems
- Experience working with data and digital tools (Excel/ Sheets, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Great problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way
- A collaborative mind-set and willingness to travel to different sites
