Every year, Outward celebrates the “Little” Gardening Competition, named after our previous Chief Executive, Peter Little. This cherished tradition highlights the dedication of our services and the creativity of the people we support, as well as our staff, in cultivating beautiful gardens.
This year was particularly exciting as we witnessed the incredible commitment shown by everyone involved. Peter, along with Katie Gutheim, the Care and Support Director, and Nicky Boland, our current CEO, visited the services, presented certificates, and enjoyed learning about each garden and the stories behind every paradise. The competition not only showcases the stunning gardens but also fosters a sense of community and collaboration among people we support and ours amazing staff. It’s inspiring to see how much effort goes into making our outdoor spaces vibrant and inviting.
The enthusiasm for gardening within our community is truly remarkable, and it leaves us all wishing our gardens could look just as magnificent.
